Reading Rocks! A Walk-A-Thon for Literacy -- Sponsored by the CCS & the Cumberland County Education Foundation
 
Why?




To raise money for classroom library books at every public
school in Cumberland County and to raise awareness of county-wide literacy initiatives. All proceeds from this event will directly support class room literacy efforts.
 
When?


Saturday, November 13, 2004
The walk begins at 9:00 a.m. Registration starts at 8:00 a.m.
 
Where?



Downtown Fayetteville - The walk begins and ends at the Cumberland County Public Library and winds past historic downtown sites.
